"Two words come to mind when writing this review. WOW and OUTSTANDING. Being a trainer in customer service in my life career I was very impressed by this office’s sincere and efficient service. Due to my mortgage requirement for home owner’s insurance, I was unable to continue with my previous insurance company which sent me seeking coverage from another agency. This is where I connected with Colin Alos’s office. The entire process with his team from introduction, to listening to my needs, to providing the best options was explained and offered with genuine consideration and ease as well as targeted exactly what I needed. I then decided to switch my auto insurances to State Farm as well. A few weeks ago, one of my vehicles was in an auto accident. This happened on a Saturday. By Tuesday their office reached out in concern to see if we were physically affected. By the end of that first week the claims adjuster was already working on the auto itself which turned out to be a total loss. By the end of the second week the bank that held this auto loan received the settlement of the value of the vehicle. On the third week Colin’s office reached out to see how everything was and if I needed any further assistance. This to me is what family does for each other and this is exactly what his office provides. Thank you so much Colin and your exceptional staff. I will be forever grateful!"
